Position:
1. Human Resource Management

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all functions of the Human Resources Department and Information Technology which includes the recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, salaries and statutory requirements, training and management discipline.Assess needs and develop plans, policies and regulations effective Human Resources to support the company's business needs.Driving the company's organizational development and performance through organizational design, leadership and career development, performance management and talent retention programs.Interact and approach of all personnel at all levels within the company.Review and develop compensation plans, and competitive benefits to retain and attract potential employeesManage industry relationships with unions, authorities and statutory bodies.Also responsible for the units and IT functions that are currently under the Human Resources Department.Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent.Experience of at least seven years in human resource management in all its spectrum with a minimum of four years at management level.Extensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations and industrial relations practices in MalaysiaHave the management skills, effective leadership and the ability to negotiateHas a dynamic personal and interpersonal skills interacting with communication and excellent computer literacy.HR practitioners hands-on experience with the mindset and strategic human resource planning.Mastering the English and Bahasa Malaysia in oral and written well.Interested candidates should send resume or complete personal information including the personal background, education, work experience and training at the latest by 17 March 2011 to:Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.For more information, click link below:
