In order to attract, develop, retain and gain optimal performance from the human capital of the company, this role will develop, implement and monitor HR strategies and action plans in the full spectrum of HR i.e. recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, performance, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, and training.Assess the needs and develop effective HR policies & procedures in line with Group policies. Conduct manpower planning and implement recruitment process and strategies to build talent base.Implement and monitor competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.Execute and monitor overall performance management cycle.Implement annual talent review and ensure tracking system for identifying high potentials and to manage succession planning.Conduct training needs analysis, budget and implement company-wide development programs. Organize and conduct employee forum, employee welfare activities and manage employer-employee disputes.
