Handle and organize daily routine tasks for General Manager including screening and attending to telephone communication & enquiries, scheduling of meetings and appointments, travel arrangement. Maintain an efficient filing system. To attend all private secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters, and personal matters. Upkeep of General Manager's office Dealing with general correspondence with external parties and writing letters Producing documents, reports and presentations Monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups with respective teams and operation manager on progress from time to time Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant parties
