Job Description :

  Talent Development ·         Interview, select, train and develop a highly motivated and competent sales team to assure attainment of sales objectives. ·         Evaluate training needs of sales people and ensure each sales person receives appropriate training to effectively carry out responsibilities.   Leadership and Motivation ·         Demonstrate continuous learning attitude to lead the team by example ·         Evaluate the performance of sale team members and provide feedback to each of them   Relationship Management ·         Establish effective relationship internally and externally to ensure target are met effectively and efficiently ·         Supervise account management to ensure retention and development of customer base. ·         Maintain contacts with key customers to ensure service excellence. ·         Maintain contacts with key account prospects, trade and industry associations, government agencies and academic institutions to keep up to date on industry trends and broaden circle of contacts.         Innovation management ·         Provide new idea and capitalize new idea that creates measurable results. ·         Implement marketing plan, and new product launches. ·         Develop sales and incentive programs to achieve sales and profit objectives. ·         Monitor competitor activities and response proactively to market needs; collect and evaluate competitor information.   Delivering Results ·         Prepare annual sales & profit budget ·         Achieve budget as plan ·         Ensure selling costs, inventory and accounts receivable are effectively monitored and controlled.     Remuneration:  Basic Salary + commission Bonus:  10% of salary – subject to target achievement Car Allowance + Fleet Card Mobile Phone bill Parking & Toll
