Job Description :

To assist executives with co-ordination works such as liaising with sub-contractors or clients to make sure that sure that job is carried out smoothly. Constantly to check with sub-contractors for deliveries.  Be responsible for the welfare and safety of workers at site.  To ensure that workers are disciplined and adhere strictly to company’s rule and regulations.  To report any discrepancies or misbehavior of workers to the management immediately.  Ensure that workers are well educated with regards to construction works as well as equipment and tools handling.  Be responsible for all transport and manpower arrangements.  Monitor progress of individual worker’s skills and recommend for adjustments.  To inform the manager-in-charge of supervisors of all your up and coming projects immediately after briefing by executives.
