Job Description :

Consult with Management concerning design and operational requirements for new projects and translate such requirements into a design brief. Prepare cost feasibility studies for new development projects. Co-ordinate the design and planning work with a team of Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyor and other Design Consultants at the preliminary, conceptual and implementation stages of projects. Plan, organize, implement and manage building & construction projects, including mock ups and its interior fit-out work to be in time for sales launches. Liaise with Consultants & Contractors to ensure timely construction, such that billings & certificates are issued promptly, based on agreed cash flow forecasts. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by Quality management system. Draft and prepare responses to Consultants & Contractors, to ensure smooth site progress and to mitigate claims for additional costs and time. Prepare regular progress report on individual project to superior and management. Liaise with local authorities for building inspections and obtaining timely approvals. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as so instructed by the Superior.
