Apparel Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES
· A cool and professional representative of the company.
· Understanding customer requirements and serve as a consultant.
· To expand company sales by sourcing & identifying new leads within planet earth.
· Execution and curation of Sales and Marketing strategies.
· Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets and negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
· Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
· Handle customers’ enquiry including the preparation of quotations and sample submission, new account application etc.
· To establish and maintain rapport and regular personal contact with all decision makers and key influencers.
· Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
· Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales and budget targets.
· Maintain custody of clients’ account and responsible for collection.
· Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
· Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system.
