CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST CALL CENTRE/RETAIL

Responsibilities
– To be responsible and dedicated to all incoming telephone enquiries / e-mails / fax or e-service from customers, problems and complaints relating to client’s products and services, with the objective of resolving issues as timely, providing first excellent contact resolution

Requirements:
– Willing and able to work 5 days a week (2 off days / week not fix)
– Able to work on rotational shifts including night shift (if and when required), weekends and public holidays
– Minimum is Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
– Experience in customer service / contact centre is an added advantage
– Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
– Basic computer skills in Windows Environment and Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
