Job Description

The role as Transition & Transformation Program Manager /Executives includes:

• Being responsible for the Transition and Transformation Program from the initial planning to the final delivery


• Developing the scope of services, deliverables, cost and support
  Forecasting and measuring performance progress and challenges


• Managing budgets and timescales closely


• Coordinating multi disciplinary teams of engineers and technologists, who work in a matrix structure


• Providing strong and clear leadership and high-level direction to the whole team


• Making sure the project delivers everything that both we and the client need it to, on time and on budget.

Skills required for this position:

• An exceptional track record of delivering large-scale, high value projects successfully at a country or global level


• Experience of structuring, running and managing complex infrastructure projects in specific technical areas, such as data centres, helpdesks, and networks


• The confidence and presence to inspire trust in senior clients


• Proven ability in leadership, managing a diverse range of technical resources


• Preferably a track record of using off-shore resources


• Ideally, some experience of managing third parties


• Good collaboration / communication skills


• The flexibility to travel


• Fluency in English and one Nordic language
