Marketing & Sales Manager – Property Developer
Kuala Lumpur
Company
Our client is one of Malaysia’s medium size Property Developer specializing in Township and Mixed Developments in Klang Valley. The company is looking to expand their Marketing & Sales team.
Role
- The candidate must be marketing driven, self motivated professional and will be leading the Marketing & Sales team.
- The candidate will be reporting to General Manager.
Duties
- Promote and assist in all sales launches, marketing activities and promotions & roadshows
- Propose effective marketing plans and strategies for all products and ensure these strategies are able to achieve company sales target.
- Closely liaise with creative agency, supplier and consultants. Communicate concept effectively to consultants, provide development briefs & standards a monitor the materials including model, artist impression brochures, advertisements
- Monitor competitors’ real estate projects in terms of design, facilities and pricing strategies.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness for each marketing campaign
- Submit new application or renewal of Developers License and Advertisement Permit for proposed project by the company
- Provide support to sales team
Skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in the Property Sector
- Extensive knowledge in the Property Industry within Malaysia
- Good leadership and managing skills
- Candidate must be innovative and proactive
