Our client is looking for a hands-on software architect who is passionate in building enterprise software products (ground up). A high performing web architecture & design experience. The Ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience architecting and bringing mission critical products to market.

Duties

• Designs and architects web applications using modern frameworks.


• Prepares technical design documents and blueprints for applications.


• Work with business stakeholders to ensure the product meets all functional requirements.


• Very good understanding and applied expertise in solutions architecture designs and concepts, which include but are not limited to: SDLC Process, Security, high availability, recovery, performance, monitoring and operations design, and application architecture.


• Proven experience designing and developing hybrid solutions for multiple mobile platforms with HTML5/CSS/JS as well as mobility frameworks.


• Develop deployment integration architecture and recommend an execution plan.


• Develop appropriate architecture design sketches and documentation.


• Monitor and provide guidance on and suggestions for continuous process improvement.


• Assist with recruiting and evaluating new Software Engineering candidates.

Skills & Expertise

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.


• Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.


• 10+ years of experience in software development and a strong command of object oriented principles across multiple languages, including C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript.


• Five years of experience with software analysis, architectural design, and performance tuning.


• Understanding and application of Design Patterns.


• Demonstrate understanding of software systems across levels including the architectural overview down to details of development, processing, deployment.


• Understanding of best practices in software development and testing.


• Able to put together variety of tools, frameworks, other technologies to form solutions.


• Experience in a technical leadership role.


• Coaching skills for mentoring.
