Our client is a local architecture firm specializing in high rise residential buildings.

The role has arisen due to the growing number of residential projects around Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will heavily be involved in a high rise residential development project.

Your duties will include :

• To work closely with a team of quantity surveyors, engineers and construction managers.


• To discuss and liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.


• To create designs and detailed drawings of buildings manually as well as using CAD tools.


• To select the right materials to be used for the project.

Your skills and experiences should include :

• Great communication skills.


• Great design and drafting skills with a proficiency in CAD tools.


• Attention to details.


• In-depth understanding of building materials, structures and elements.
