Our client have been established since the 1970’s and have built a strong presence in Singapore and Malaysia, providing heavy foundations, ground improvement, specialist grouting, and earth retention systems. The have provided geotechnical solutions for various projects across Asia. The KL HQ is based in the city.

Duties

Working on tenders
Planning and scheduling of construction activities
Management of site project teams
Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
Preparation of management reports
Resolving site issues in a timely manner
Liaising with key clients and stakeholders
Co-ordinating internal and external resources

skills and experience

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
8 – 10 years management experience on civil construction projects
Project management qualifications will be advantageous
Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
Effective problem solving abilities
Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
High level of organisation and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic salary of up to RM16,000-18,000 + Car + Bonus. This is a high profile project so if you are able to complete on time and on budget there is high bonus potential (6+ months).
