Role

• You will be setting division objectives, planning and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the mall, and subsequent new malls in the company’s portfolio.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.


• Good network with leading retailers and previous experience in marketing, promotion or centre management is an advantage.


• Good grasp of leasing principles, including retail market and product offer development (malls/tenants).


• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid grasp of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; with ability to effectively communicate and motivate via written media.


• Computer literate and competent in writing business letters and proposals.


• Possesses mathematical skills to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance.

THE ROLE
You will liaise and support the transfer of new repair capabilities to the facility in consultation with Corporate/OEMs and ensure the standards of quality, cost, safety and performance of products transferred are adhered
You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment for new capability set-up, or existing repair lines
You will plan and provide training programs in relation to enhancements to existing machinery and equipment, as well as new technology while ensuring strict compliance to approved quality standards
 You will supervises and introduces enhancements to existing technology as well as new technologies to meet repair needs, and responsible for new engineering information / introduction
You will champion continuous improvement initiatives in the engineering operations by identifying and administering improvement projects using the ACE Operating Principles
Management of Engineering programs modifications and is responsible for selecting the most qualified contractors and supervises work for completion within due schedules
You will ensure effective implementation of EHS policies and satisfactory completion of risk assessments in engineering operations, enhancements and new introduction

CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS
           
Good Degree in Engineering or related discipline
At least 10 years of engineering/project management experience in the aftermarket environment, with a good 5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of project management and engineering know-hows. Budgetary planning skills is a good advantage
A good people manager  and a team player
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
