Job Description :

  Responsible for the efficient running of the operation of the school. Develop the School’s academic plans, objectives & priorities. Accountable for the overall performance of the School and Ensure an efficient student/ Teacher ratio. Constantly inspire, motivate teachers and make sure they are allocated sufficient teaching periods Ensure the smooth delivery as well as the quality of all academic & extra-curricular activities with the assistance of the relevant Department/School heads. Assist & liaise with the MOE & other relevant authorities in the development of current & potential programmes at the School. Manage and oversee the general administration of the School. Work with Human Resources in the interviewing, screening and selection of Teachers. Ensure work is assigned in accordance to policies, guidelines, procedures and recommendations of Ministry of Education, school and head office Teach and train teachers on a regular basis. Supervise teachers to establish high standard of teaching quality and delivery Report to the Board of Governor / Director on all academic matters relating to the School.
