Amanah Saham Mara Berhad (ASMB) was incorporated on 24 June 1967 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). ASMB commenced its business on 1 July 1967. Presently, the Group has five wholly-owned subsidiary companies and is principally involved in unit trust management, fund and asset management, unquoted investment, nominee services and property holding.ASMB is one of the pioneers in the local unit trust industry and launched its first fund in 1968. Its wholly-owned subsidiary ASM Investment Services Berhad manages 13 funds including two Bumiputera funds, ten public funds and a fund specially for all employees, pensioners, Board of Directors of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and its subsidiaries.
