Senior HVAC Manager - Kuala Lumpur

My client is a successful Property Developer with a strong reputation for developing their staff. Due to a major increase in business we are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the HVAC side of the company.

The role –

• You will be responsible for ensuring works are compliant with the statutory requirements and regulations.


• Support and implement improvement projects, facility audits and energy management initiatives.


• Oversee, supervise and manage operational issues on group Mechanical & Electrical Services.

Your duties shall include –

• Review design, implement and monitor maintenance activities by in-house personnel/outsourced contractors.


• Audit, inspect and develop improvement plans and support future developments design process.


• Above average knowledge and relevant experience in Engineering Best Practices and design standards as well as statutory requirements, especially in HVAC.


• Support and manage facility management contractual policies.


• Conduct value-added engineering exercises on design in HVAC which are proposed by the consultants.

Requirements –

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelors Degree, Post Grad Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical Engineering.


• At keast 8 years of relevant working experience.


• Must have some form of experience gained from working on a Green Building project.
