Indian Institute of Management, IIM, Invites applications in prescribed format for following positions on contract for 2 years on consolidated salary.

i. Chief Administrative Officer :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 15600 to 39100 & Grade pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject/LLB. Consistently good academic record.A degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years as on the last date for receiving application.

ii. Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 15600 to 39100 & Grade pay Rs. 6600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with CA / ICWS / Cost Accounting. Consistently good academic record. MBA is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification officer level experience in finance and accounts of an academic/research institute of national/international.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years as on the last date for receiving application.
iii. Administrative Officer :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 9300 to 34800 & Grade pay Rs. 5400/- per month. Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject/LLB. Consistently good academic record.A degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national/international repute.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years as on the last date for receiving application.
iv. Stores & Purchase officer :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 9300 to 34800 & Grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree in materials management (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) or any degree with diploma in materials management. For those who have experience of at least 5 years as Stores In-charge with responsibility of purchase and/or Purchase Officer, in large government departments or public sector establishments, a degree/diploma in materials management is not essential.Consistently good academic record. Experience: Minimum 7 years of post – qualification supervisory experience in stores and purchase or materials management in a government department or academic/research institution/commercial organization of national / international.

v. Junior Engineer :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 9300 to 34800 & Grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Degree/diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, with experience or additional qualification in handling electrical work. Consistently good academic record.Sound knowledge of civil project design and implementation.Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 3 years of post – qualification experience (excluding apprenticeship or training period) in a similar position in government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international.

vi. Accountant :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 9300 to 34800 & Grade pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A degree (under 10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification. Consistently good academic record.Sound knowledge in finance and accounts. Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position in government or academic/ research/ commercial organization of national/international.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years as on the last date for receiving application.

vii. Driver :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 5200 to 20200 & Grade pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 12th standard pass (under 10+2 scheme) with a good understanding ofroutine automobile maintenance requirements. Should have been possessing a valid driving license at least for 4 years and never awarded a suspension of driving license. Should be fluent in Hindi with skills to speak English. Preference will be given to those having higher qualifications, a working knowledge of computers and experience in handling routine office activities.

viii. Attendant :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 4440 to 7440 & Grade pay Rs. 1300/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : 10h standard pass. Preference will be given to those having working knowledge of computers. Should be able to communicate in Hindi and preferably English. Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position in government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 1 year working in the office of senior level executives/ officers.

ix. Librarian :
No of post : 01 post,
Scale of Pay : Pay band Rs. 5200 to 20200 & Grade pay Rs. 7600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme). Consistently good academic record. Ph.D. in relevant area may be an advantage. Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in library of academic / research/ training institute of national/international.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years as on the last date for receiving application.
