Our client is an established retail/property development company located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur – in one of the busiest stretch in KL, convenient for public transportation


About the role:


Our client is looking for a HR Manager or an Assistant HR Manager looking for growth to the next level. Preferably from the same industry – retail. We are looking for someone with passion, drive for the role. Your core responsibility will be mainly:



  • Talent Management

  • Employee relation

  • General HR Matters


Duties: This will be mainly a strategic role. You will need be able to advise/strategies HR matters, mainly the above mentioned. Good communication abilities and stakeholder management – good communication skills is crucial for this role. You will also need to be well informed of current HR policies.


Skills & Experience:



  • Minumum of 5 years of HR working experience.

  • Experience in the retail industry is a must
