About the company
A regionally recognized healthcare service provider which continuously strives to exceed expectations of quality care to their customers is seeking an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit to support the business in its next phase of growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for carrying out operational and ad-hoc audit assignments to ensure compliance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish audit plans, scope and programmes


• Review internal controls and recommend corrective actions as appropriate


• Recommend improvements and changes to Policies and Procedures


• Prepare and present reports on findings to senior management and audit committee


• Conduct risk assessment and identify control to mitigate risk


• Pro-actively identify issues and concerns in efficiency of operations


• Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement


• Any other ad-hoc tasks related to operational audit

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business and/ or professional accounting qualification


• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience


• Candidates with hands-on experience in operational audit are encouraged to apply


• Good communication skills


• Adaptable, flexible and able to multi-task well


• Pro-active attitude towards work


• Highly independent with minimal supervision required


• Extensive travelling required (within the country)
