About the role


Our Client has an amazing opportunity for a switched on, highly polished Company Secretary. This is a role that requires exceptional levels of communication and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements as well as corporate governance requirements.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Perform all statutory secretarial requirements

  • Attending audit and board meetings

  • Advising directors on all secretarial matters

  • Assist in the preparation of resolutions, minutes, annual reports

  • Preparation of board/shareholders/management meetings

  • Minutes writing

  • Drafting of resolutions

Skills & Experience


  • At least 5 years in a similar position within a wholesale, commercial or investment bank

  • MAISCA member (preferred)

  • ICSA qualification

  • Be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English to a high degree

  • Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality

  • Good relationships with regulators
