1. Responsibilities:-
· Assisting Sales department in Submission progress
· Handle Calls From Customers
· Reply Customers Feedback And Message
· Creating and maintaining filing systems;
· Scheduling and attending meetings
· Keeping diaries and arranging appointment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
2. Requirements:-
Ø Preferable candidate with at least SPM holder, Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Ø Candidate with 1 year experience in administration post will prioritized however fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
Ø Good written skills and local communication ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ø Literate in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Open Office Applications.
Ø Well organized and attention to details; Positive learning attitude is important as well
Ø Full time positions available
3. Working Hours will be Mon – Friday (9.00 am – 5.30 pm), Sat (9.30 am – 01.00 pm)
