Customer Service Executive

• Handle , follow up & attend any customer’s incoming call, mail or email enquiries & correspondence documentation with customer


• To plan & manage the urgencies of customer order or container


• All other day to day administration, coordination & service support for the division and any other task which are assigned as and when required in order to meet Company’s objectives


• Additional functions as mandated by management


• Should be able to handle any ad-hoc duties will be assigned from time to time


• To prepare / compile report require by Management


• Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking


• Willing to learn and committed to work


• Able to communicate well with all levels of staff

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM/ “O” level / Certificate or Diploma in any field or equivalent


• Required skill(s): MS Office & Computer literature.


• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.


• Proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage.


• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the freight forwarding or related field is required for this position. 


• Possess own transport
