Job Description

– To prepare bill quantities, budget control and cost estimates
– To manage all aspects of contract from pre-contract to post- contract
– To monitor trade contractors and suppliers payments
– Responsible for project procurement, tendering, pricing or costing
– To prepare bill of quantities
– To manage the commercial department
– Responsible for forecast, cost analysis and cost management

Requirements:

– Experienced in mixed residential or residential projects

– Min of 5 years of experience in contract management

– Experience managing teams 2+

– International experience advantageous
