Required Experience

To be successful, you MUST have worked on a minimum of 35 storey tower (or multiple towers) and preferably from start to end of project cycle.

Tasks

Work under the Project Director and Assistant Project Director and assist with the following:

• Manage the Project workflow and ensure timely completion of projects stage by stage


• Liaise / coordinate with Consultants, Authorities and Client to resolve all technical issues during the Construction period.


• Day to day observation of construction is achieved and with minimal problems.


• Implementing value engineering to find out the most cost and time effective construction method to be implemented.


• Strong understanding of method statements (sequencing of work) and work implementation plan

ALSO the PERFECT CANDIDATE must demonstrate STRONG understanding and application of

• Safety, (HIRARC), quality (Qlassic & CONQUAS) , Scheduling (MS Project) and Cost
