Our client is a young, dynamic shared­ services company providing integrative services in Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology.


About the role


Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be solely recruiting for the client’s KL office. Some of the incumbent’s key accountabilities include:


  • End to End Process. (Calibration, sourcing, evaluation, screening, selection, hiring, and deployment).

  • Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally

  • Sourcing of candidates using online and offline sources

  • Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.

  • Hiring manager and candidate management Systematic and strategic approach to grow the pool both manually or organically

  • Use job boards for approaching the right caliber candidates.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following:


  • Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource / Psychology / Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 5 -­ 7 years of relevant working experience in recruiting IT programmers/ hardware and software engineers

  • Strong knowledge in IT

  • Excellent communication and written in English and Mandarin

  • Possess good presentation skills

  • Coming from IT company background would be an added advantage
