Personal Assistant
- Full-Time position
- Handle Private and Confidential matters
- Perform secretarial and administrative work which includes:
- Manage Director’s office, day-to day tasks and personal errands
- Dealing with general correspondences with internal and external parties by screening incoming calls, emails and visitors of Managing Director
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements according to priority and urgency, and effective follow up on matters
- Able to communicate and update Managing Director on relevant information well and in a timely manner
- Maintain good working order of business correspondence and scheduling
- Compose and type routine business correspondence, memo, meeting minutes, faxes, etc.
- Maintain an accurate and updated filing system
- Coordinate office maintenance
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when requested from time to time
Candidates must
- Possess own transport
- Possess at least Professional Certificates/Graduate/Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Accounting/Secretarial or equivalent
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Good typing and analytical skills, and able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hardworking, well organized, efficient and attentive to details
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential matters with integrity and trustworthiness
- Possess good energy, flexibility and sense of urgency
- Previous experience in Property Development and Construction Industries is an advantage
