About the company
A leading property development company with strong expansion plans is seeking a committed Finance Manager to support the organisation’s next phase of growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and leading the Finance Operations team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial management reports


• Monitor and control inflow and outflow funds


• Prepare and interpret project feasibility studies and cash flow proposals to obtain project financing


• Verify monthly management accounts, annual budget and forecasts


• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, external auditors and tax agents for relevant compliance matters

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and/ or professional accounting qualification, i.e. ACCA, CPA or equivalent


• At least 6 years of relevant working experience, with strong people management skills


• Strong property development industry knowledge is mandatory


• Able to work independently and in a team


• Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
