a boutiqe architectural firm with less than 20 architects but rapidly growing and highly involved in high end shopping mall projects

job description

• prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposal to the client


• liaise with consultants on the design impact to the environment


• participate in client meetings and present creative concepts to clients


• coordinate with project manager, project architect and project designer concerning project budget and schedule


• interface with model builder during design process


• review and conceptual detailed workings, drawings and specifications

requirements

• possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.


• minimum 8 years relevant working experience


• well-developed knowledge and experience in retail architectural design


• design skills to include area programming, sketching and 3 dimensional computer modelling
