Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily task and meet SLA targets
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Attend to inbound enquiries, request and feedback received via email and chatGood follow up skills
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customer
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer focused
Requirements:
- Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of other foreign languages and local dialects is an added advantage
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support and/or Live Chat Support.
- 4-day work week
- Willing to work on weekends / public holidays
- Shift hours: 8.30am-8.30pm, 8.30pm-8.30am
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words
- Good typing speed (min 40 wpm)
- Can Start work immediately is an added advantage
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
