the role has arisen due to incoming projects due to be undertaken by the company. A mid sized architectural firm with a penchant for residential projects.

• scope includes but not limited to the implementation of project at construction stage

requirements

• a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience


• must possess a minimum LAM Part 2 or equivalent academic qualification in architecture from recognized institutions


• experience in building projects such as instritutional or of similar or higher complexity is an advantage


• sound knowledge of technical, contract, regulatory and statutory requirements
