Join a reputable developer is looking for a Senior Project Manager, based in Selangor. This firm specialises in mostly mixed development projects. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of KL’s most iconic projects.

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Strategic Planning and Development


• Financial Analysis and Fiscal Assessment


• Commercial Projects, Activity and Delivery


• Research, Policy and Operational Recommendations

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Proven project management experience at a senior level in large scale commercial building projects/consulting.


• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, and extensive commercial and financial experience in a large and complex organisation.


• Strong abstract and numerical conceptual reasoning capabilities with demonstrated experience in a commercial/financial environment.


• Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills and employ critical thinking to find innovative solutions to complex issues


• Demonstrated experience in written documentation and ability to communicate and influence through relevant reporting channels.


• Proven capacity to manage budgets, including ability to forecast budget and interpret financial reports, and undertake financial analysis of commercial programs.


• Demonstrated leadership in influencing people, building networks and driving success through others.
