Resident Engineer

Job Description for Resident / Product Engineer (Shah Alam)

1. Design and develop Power and Signal Distribution for wire harness
a. Schematic Diagram
b. Wire harness print
2. Create 3D wire harness print
3. Summary Sheet creation / Engineering Part List (EPL)
4. Lead and achieve VA/VE for material cost reduction, Localization, DCS penetration
5. Develop Test and Validation requirement for components localization
6. Coordinate Model Change and Major Engineering Change, Line trial, join check, trouble shoot, rework
7. Coordinate communcation between customer and plant
8. BOM creation and Cost Analysis 
9. Register 8DPN for all components
10. Manage customer requirement on documentation
PSR (Preliminary Study Review) / ECI (Enginireeng Change Indication)
11. Experience working in “Japanese Ways”
12. Willing to stay in Shah Alam, Selangor

EXPERIENCE:
The person must have experience in R&D related activities, with high commucation capability

1. Minimum 2 years work experience in Automotive industry
2. Hands on experience in Catia for 2D and 3D drawing

QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Automotive /Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical
      Diploma in Automotive /Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical (with 5 year experiences)
