My client is a multi-billion dollar corporation and a leading property developer around South East Asia. The company started as a manufacturer of float glass and ceramic tiles although now their main revenue is property development. They focus on market segments such as Premier Offices, Luxury Hotels, Resorts, shopping complexes and residential apartments.

Due to the company working on a high profile project, they are seeking experienced M&E Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.

The main duties will include –

• Inspection and supervision of of project work at site to ensure contractors and vendors are carrying out works to the correct specifications and installation methods.


• Close out projects, manage testing and commissioning including the preparation of as-built drawings, materials and equipment specifications, operations and maintenance manuals, incoming tenants and office fit out operations.

Ideal experience and skills will include –

• Complete understanding of Mechanical/Electronic designs, projects supply logistics and site procurement strategies.


• Experienced with electrical contractor packages such as diesel powered generator houses, electrical substations, transformers, fire alarm systems.


• Good experience in designing, set up and maintenance of sound QA/QC policies and protocols.
