About the role

As a senior recruitment consultant in our KL office, you will be responsible for recruiting in your own vertical market within the Construction, Property and Engineering industry covering a limited number of mid to high job profiles. You will build your own business, develop a strong client base and an even stronger candidate network, matching the right candidates to the right clients.

Duties

• Developing and managing a defined candidate base


• Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services


• Compliance with company policies and reporting processes


• Market understanding and expertise within line of service


• Acquisition and client management


• Recruitment and candidate management

Skills & experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in industrial sector recruitment within an agency or internal environment


• Strong client/candidate managements skills


• Possess strong business acumen & commercial drive
