a multinational firm expanding their business in Malaysia. A property developer looking to grow their internal architect team. Mainly involved in high rise and infrastructure.

job description

• to take lead in specific design and production team assignments at all stages including space planning design and development of detail design and any design input/requirement/changes during the preparation of the tender/construction drawings


• to participate and/or lead design proposal task with the design team when deem necessary by the CEO


• to liaise, coordinate with consultants, check all drawings and be responsible on all matters pertaining to submission drawings to authorities and tender/construction drawings


• to coordinate, check drawings at all stages and be responsible on all including but not limited to S&P for housing projects/shop drawings submissions by contractors and etc.

requirements

• degree in Architecture with minimum of 5 years of experience


• able to lead and co-ordinate design initiation, authority liaison and application processes, contract documentation and project management


• well-versed with building contract and project management


• a registered architect is preferred
