About the Role

To be part of a leading commercial team, to be able to carry out all quantity surveying functions including pre and post contract budget control

duties

• To assist in preparing the enquiries for material and plant quotations.


• To assist in preparation of preliminary cost estimate.


• Able to prepare unit rate built-up.


• Preparing monthly progressive valuation and certification.


• Responsible for filing, maintenance and upgrading of departmental library.


• To assist in the preparation of anticipated of final project budget report.


• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.

Skills and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.


• At least 4 years working experience as Quantity Surveying.


• Computer literate in particular spread sheets


• Able to work independently


• Good communication skills


• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
