The Role

Client is currently searching for a AVP Marketing & Execution. You will report to the Head Marketing & Execution.

Duties

• Prepare product proposals (and related documents) and marketing materials to potential / existing customers as part of deal origination / arrangement in timely fashion;


• Assist in the development of the product structure / packaging to suit with the customer funding requirements and in compliance with the banks’ internal policies in timely fashion


• Review legal documents on any ongoing deals to ensure Shariah Compliance in timely fashion


• Based from customer feedback and constraint, liaise and recommend to Product Development improvements to deal execution


• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies with regards in timely fashion


• Prepare material related to M&E matters to Board of Directors, Shariah Committee or the Management for reporting with clarity and on timely manner.

Skills & Experience

• Strong foundation of Shariah requirements and applied contracts for Islamic banking


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing Department


• Experience especially in business/accounting/finance or Islamic with regards to the
  financing preferred with certification / execution qualification in Islamic | financing deals. banking & finance or Fiqh


• Muamalat/Shariah is an added advantage
