• to carry out design conceptualization within the deadline


• prepare sketch drawings/concept plans and presentation drawings


• prepare working drawings and details for tender and construction


• to check and liaise with all consultants to ensure all drawings are properly coordinated


• product and material research

requirements

• degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years working experience


• conversant in autocad, 3D Sketchup and Adobe photoshop


• good design flair, teamleader, hardworking and have learning attitude


• ability to liaise with clients and authorities


• committed and able to work independently and overtime
