Senior Sales Manager – Property Developer
Company
Our client is one of Malaysia’s premium listed Property Developer specializing in Township and Mixed Developments in Klang Valley and overseas. The company is looking to expand their Sales & Marketing team.
Role
- The candidate must be sales driven, self motivated professional and will be leading a team of 25 sales subordinates.
- The candidate will be reporting to General Manager.
Duties
- Identifying Sales & Target market
- Formulating of Sales & Marketing Plans
- Directing Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Presenting sales to special target group
- Organizing Sales & Marketing trainings
- Sales Administration, Business Development and other relevant tasks
Skills and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing in the Property Sector
- Extensive knowledge in the Property Industry within Malaysia
- Good leadership and managing skills
- Candidate must be innovative and proactive
