Outlet Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the operation, ensuring delivery on the Customer Promise, and ensuring desired store outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention).
- Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings.
- Provides coaching and feedback to team and managers on team stations, products, processes and policies.
- Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, following cash control & security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, equipment maintenance and reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results.
- Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective team talent. Counsels and disciplines team members as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Professional certificate / Diploma in Food & Beverage Services management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in F&B Industry, Retails or Hospitality industry (for Store Manager position)
- Has good management and analytical skills. Able to supervise and train new service crews, barista’s & cashiers.
- Able to manage time properly and work efficiently in a fast-pace environment, whilst maintaining quality customer service.
- A team player with good initiative and excellent leadership skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa
- Willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays
- Postions available at Bangsar, Damansara Perdana, Bukit Bintang, Subang Jaya
