the role

As a Senior Contract Manager for the JB region in the Main Contractor business unit you will manage a team of 13 from the JB office and indirectly QS’s based on site – this role forms part of the senior managemnt team for JB and rerports to KL. You will inherit a high performing team of Executives, ACM and 2 Contract Managers. The project pipeline include high rise (hand over in 1 year) to landed properties and a huge new affordable housing package. You will also have commercial projects that include offices and civil (rail & road).

skills & responsibilities

• Good knowledge of the JB market, local sub contractors etc


• Experience managing large teams split across multiple projects


• Project experience from mainly building building infra also considered


• Cost Planning and Cost Management


• Estimating and Measuring


• Feasibility studies


• 15-20 years total work experience, minimum 10 from a main contractor
