Company

Leading Retail operator looking to take on experienced Centre Director to oversee Klang Valley based shopping mall.

Role

• Required to oversee all aspects of the marketing, leasing and management of the shopping mall.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitability of the asset, which includes preparing of annual budget, formulating of business plans and rolling out of leasing and marketing strategies.


• Ensure that the rental income and occupancy of the property is maximised


• Manage relationships with tenants through tenant incentive programmes.


• Expected to be bottom-­line focused.

Skills & Experience

• You should possess a Degree in Real Estate / Financial Management or related discipline.


• Possess at least 8 years’ relevant leasing and property management experience.


• To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in managing a large scale retail mall and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
