Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant
·         Full time position
·         Responsible for timely and accurate accounting data entries into accounting software
·         Able to do a full set of accounts with minimal supervision
·         Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation
·         Assist in quarterly GST filing and submission
·         Prepare management and statutory reporting as assigned
·         Involved in audit and tax process with auditors and tax consultant
·         Prepare payment voucher and issue cheque when authorized
·         Maintain an accurate and updated filing system
·         Willing to travel to complete tasks such as travelling to Banks, Company Secretary Office, LHDN, etc.
·         Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when requested from time to time
 
Skills and Requirements
 
·         Possess own transport
·         Possess at least LCCI/Professional Certificates/Graduate/Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies/Management or equivalent
·         Have at least 1 year work experience in Accounting
·         Good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
·         Good analytical skills, and able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·         Hardworking, well organized, efficient and attentive to details
·         Previous experience in Property Development and Construction Industries is an advantage
