Career Development Program - Sales and Marketing Dept
Phase 1:
• Engange in face-to-face interaction with customers (road shows / events)
• Basics of sales & customer service
• Understanding the relationship between our clients and us
Phase 2:
• Assist in training and developing new executives
• Coordination of workshops and training
• Lead and manage a sales team (subject to evaluation of performance)
Phase 3
• To be involved in management and operation of branch offices
• Liaise closely with clients on existing and new campaigns
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, any field.
• Required skills:
o Ability to motivate & lead others
o Good forward planning skills
o Able to communicate with all level of people
o Good in recruitment and team management
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
