About The Company:

About the Job:

Accountant/Senior Level

Primary Responsibilities

You will also need to monitor a team member and report Directly to Senior Manager-CAPEX

Daily

Capital Assets:

• To ensure the new purchase or replacement of Capital Assets are under properly control and in compliance with company policy.


• To create asset code in SAP for the user to raise purchase order.


• To identify the asset class and there are under budgeted or unbudgeted items.


• To transfer or write off asset if any.

Project:

• To create project code in SAP for the user to raise purchase order.


• To identify the type of project and under budgeted or unbudgeted project.


• To control and analysis the spending of the project vs. budget.

Weekly

• Generate Weekly Report from SAP/ BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation).


• Review the total spending vs. budget – saving of the assets and project.


• To notify the user for the project status (aging of the project).

Monthly

• To run the monthly depreciation for assets in SAP.


• To reclass the project items to Asset/ Drydock/ Expenses/ Forex


• Responsible for general ledger, posting journal entries related to assets & project.

Yearly

• Compile the CAPEX/ Project budget from respective HOD and upload to BPC.


• Generate budget DR to respective HOD.


• Assets count -> to ensure all company’s assets are properly accounted and custody to facilitate better utilization of company’s assets.


• To run yearly depreciation and any audit adjustment related to CAPEX.

Ad-hoc

• Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment when require by the Management.

About the Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Finance, capital expenditure, assets management or Fixed Assets


• Life exeperiences in SAP accounting module


• Shared services background will be an added advantage


• Able to speak Mandarin @ cantonese


• Candidate must have bachelor degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Bannking
