Credit Controller
Petaling Jaya, Selangor See Hoy Chan Facilities Management Sdn Bhd
Job Responsibilities
· Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payment/rental
· Advise customer on necessary actions adequate and strategies for debt repayment
· Negotiate with the tenant on repayment schedule
· Issue reminder or letter of demand to overdue tenant
· Monthly report preparation on collection and debt recovery status and action
· Prepare weekly ageing report
· Assist in annual auditing administrative function.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in accounting or any relevant courses
· At least two years relevant experiences
· Able to work in Damansara Uptown
· A good team player with interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and self-starter
