CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Requirements:


 


1.Candidate must possess at least min education SPM, Certificate, Diploma.


 


2.Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English;


 


3. Relevant working experience in HR Agency;


 


4. Good communication skills;


 


5. Candidates with Driver License are preferred;


 


6. Female Candidates are preferred;


 


Responsibilities


 


Job Duty:


 


1. Coordinate among different parties;


 


2. Process documents for PATI;


 


3. Assist in PATI legal working permit application;


 


4. Other ad hoc tasks given by the director;


 


5. Attend, answer and resolve inbound/outbound calls from customers;


 


6. Handle all customers inquiries


 


7. Maintain relationship with customers
