Facilities Manager

• Proactive and self-starter in the development and implementation of Total Preventive & Predictive Maintenance program


• Identify operating risks and implement relevant controls


• Implement and conduct periodic audit and building inspections


• Ensure effective communication with tenants, main contractors and any other parties on matters pertaining to the building and facilities.


• Initiate, direct and monitor the performance of sub-contractors


• Work together with the shopping mall operation to plan, develop and execute programme on a continuous basis to ensure the improvement of the mall and the building.


• In-charge of facilities operations, procurement as well as vendor management


• Maintain and manage all budgetary requirements


• Perform all duties in safe manner and in accordance with established procedures as required by the organization

 
Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.


• Applicants without the related/ relevant qualification but have extensive working experience in similar capacity are welcome to apply.


• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills


• A good team leader who have proven record in staff management skills coupled with strong foundation in operations-related matters.


• Highly analytical, observant, organized and initiative.


• Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant working experience


• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
