Front House Servers/ Waiters and Waitresses

Puchong, Selangor Cerdito Restaurant

Responsibilities:

1.     Display knowledge of the restaurant food menu, wine & liquor menu, and ingredients in specialty drinks.

2.     Greet guests and provides menus if necessary.

3.     Ensure the quality of the prepared products according to SOP.

4.     Must listen and respond to customer complaints (acknowledge, apologize, act)

5.     Must be courteous, pleasant, and well groomed at all times.

6.     Perform standardized opening and closing procedures during each shift.

7.     Ensure that the concession area is clean and organized at all times.

8.     Must work well individually and as part of a team.

9.     Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and acceptable level of restaurant appearance at all times.

10. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

11. Input all customers’ orders into the POS system.

12. Other duties as required.

Requirement:

1.  Hardworking, Motivated, Passionate about food, beverages and services

2.  Able to communicate in ENGLISH

3.  Excellent customer service skills.

4.  Previous serving experience an asset

5.  Applicant must be willing to work in PUCHONG, SELANGOR.

6.  Preferably managers specializing in Food/Beverages/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

7. Full-Time position(s) available.
